1. About this site

This site is operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd (CIN U70200WB2026PTC288824) and describes its AI automation service line. It is published as a standing service proposal under reference AKO-AI-SVC-2026-01. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Nothing here is an offer or a quotation

Content on this site is for information. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services. Services are provided only under an executed Master Services Agreement and a signed Schedule A.

3. Published prices

Build package prices, run and management plan fees and add-on prices are published for the inclusions stated and exclude GST and any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. They are valid ninety days from the issue date shown. Consumption figures, cost-per-task bands, outcome-billing rates and any volume band discussed in a call are proposed and provided on a planning basis only, and are confirmed in Schedule A against your actual data before either party is bound. Calculator and estimator outputs on this site are illustrations, not quotations.

4. No performance guarantee

AI system output depends on data quality, process definition, third-party model behaviour and factors within your own operation. We do not guarantee any specific accuracy rate, deflection rate, cost saving, headcount reduction or revenue outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee. Accuracy benchmarks are measured during the supervised pilot and recorded in the acceptance criteria.

5. Third-party AI providers

Delivery depends on third-party model and infrastructure providers, each with its own terms, pricing, availability and policy constraints which may change without notice. We design fallbacks, retries and degraded modes and monitor them, but we do not own and cannot warrant a third party’s service level, pricing or continued availability.

6. Intellectual property

All content, layout, wording and design on this site belong to Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Within an engagement, you own your data, your process logic and the configured workflows built for you; Akontec retains its own reusable platform components and domain templates. That split is set out in the Master Services Agreement.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care over the accuracy of this site but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different arrangement agreed in an executed services agreement between us.
