On this page
1. What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, work email, phone number, package and volume interest, and the process description you provide. Our web server also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and diagnostic purposes.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a process map and a scope, and maintain a record of our commercial correspondence. We rely on your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is accessible to Akontec personnel involved in responding to your enquiry, and to service providers who host our website and email under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information where required by law or valid legal process.
4. Retention
Enquiry records are retained while there is an active commercial conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Where an engagement follows, retention is governed by the executed agreement. You may ask us to delete an enquiry record at any time.
5. Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to support@akontec.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Applicable data protection law in your jurisdiction may give you further rights, which we honour where they apply.
6. Cookies
This website is a static site and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google servers. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated before they are enabled.
7. Client data processed in an engagement
Where we are engaged to build and operate automation, your operational data is processed to perform the tasks in scope. It is not contributed to model training, ours or a provider’s. Every agent decision is stored with the inputs that produced it in a decision log retained for twenty-four months, so errors can be traced and corrected. Access is least-privilege and recorded in an access register. Data residency, shorter retention and on-premise processing are available and are scoped at contracting. On termination, you receive a data export, the decision log and the configuration documentation, and our access is revoked. The binding terms are those in the Master Services Agreement and its data protection annexure.
