Akontec AI Automation is a service line of Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd, a firm that builds, staffs and governs delivery operations for clients in India and abroad. That order matters: we came to AI from running operations, not the other way round.
Why we sell the
boring part.
Building an agent that works in a demo is a solved problem. Keeping it working on a Tuesday in month seven, when your catalogue changed, a supplier renamed a field and the model provider shipped an update, is not.
So the thing we actually sell is supervision: a declared autonomy level per agent, hard limits in code, a weekly QC sample, an exception desk staffed by people, a decision log you can audit, and a named delivery manager who answers the phone. The build is the easy half.

Each one appears as a clause, a control or a section in every proposal we issue.
Nothing invented
If we do not know a number, a timeline or an accuracy figure, it stays open until it is measured. Proposals go out with open items marked as open items.
Published pricing
The whole price list is on this site. No “contact us for a quote” where the number depends on how much you look like you can pay.
Autonomy declared
Every agent’s autonomy level is in Schedule A and enforced in code. Nothing gets quietly promoted because it seemed to be doing fine.
Consumption at cost
Provider charges pass through at cost with a stated 15% operations fee as a separate line. No invisible markup on your model usage.
Honest reporting
Every monthly pack has a section on what did not work. A report written to justify the fee is not a report.
What we will not promise
Every proposal carries a section with that exact title. Clients tell us it is the section they read first.
India and international.
Engagements run in English, Hindi and Tamil as standard, with additional language packs available. Discovery calls, build reviews and business reviews happen over video, so location is rarely a constraint.
