Delivery model

Six steps from first call
to a managed run.

The same sequence for a single agent and a full fleet — only the durations change. Nothing is built before Schedule A is signed, and every stage produces something you can read rather than a status update.

01 / THE SEQUENCE

Every stage has an artefact.

Day 0–2

Discovery call

Free, no obligation. We look at the process, the volumes and the systems, and tell you honestly whether AI is the right answer — including when it is not. You get: a written feasibility view.

Free
Week 1

Process map & blueprint

The workflow drawn out with its exception paths, the agent list, the autonomy level proposed for each, and the integration inventory. You get: a solution blueprint document.

Written
Week 2

Scope lock — Schedule A

Agents, workflows, rates, volumes, thresholds and acceptance criteria signed as Schedule A. Nothing starts before this, and nothing outside it is billable. You get: a binding scope with a signature block.

Binding
Week 2–6

Build & integrate

Agents built, connectors wired, guards and floors configured, dashboard stood up in your private workspace. Weekly written progress note. You get: a working environment you can log into.

50% billed
Week 6–8

Supervised pilot

Everything runs draft-only against live data. We measure accuracy, tune, and promote agents to supervised one at a time as each earns it. You get: measured accuracy per agent, before go-live.

Draft-only
Ongoing

Go live & managed run

Monitoring, exception desk, weekly QC sampling, monthly performance pack, quarterly review and retraining. You get: an operating service with a named owner.

Run plan

Deemed acceptance applies seven working days after delivery of each milestone.

02 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Four named owners.
Five escalation levels.

Assigned at contracting, with direct numbers. No escalation path in an Akontec engagement ends in a shared inbox.

What we need from you

  • An hour for the discovery call, with the person who owns the process
  • A named process owner available during build and pilot
  • Read access to the systems involved, at the scope we agree
  • A sample of real work — a hundred tickets, orders or documents is usually enough
  • Sign-off on the autonomy level proposed for each agent
  • A decision at the end of the pilot, based on the measured accuracy

What you get from us

  • An honest feasibility view, including “this is not an AI problem”
  • A weekly written progress note during build — no silent weeks
  • Measured accuracy per agent before anything is promoted to supervised
  • Timeline risks flagged in the week they appear, not in the post-mortem
  • A monthly pack that includes what did not work
  • A clean exit: data export, decision log and configuration documentation
15 dayssigned scope to first pilot agent
7 daysdeemed acceptance on each milestone
200decisions QC-sampled every week
30 daysnotice to exit a services agreement
Next step

Send us one process. We’ll tell you what it costs to automate it.

The discovery call is free and carries no obligation. If AI is the wrong answer for your process, we would rather say so in the first hour than in month three.
