Every Akontec AI engagement has the same three components: a one-time build, a monthly run & management fee, and consumption — what the models actually cost to operate. Optional outcome-based billing replaces the third for high-volume operations.
Billed 50% on scope lock and 50% on acceptance of the supervised pilot. All figures exclude GST. USD pricing applies to engagements contracted outside India and is set independently of the day’s exchange rate.

Your balance, burn rate per hour, spend today and a per-charge ledger are visible in the dashboard at all times, with a hard stop control. We do not mark up your consumption invisibly — the provider charge and our 15% appear as separate lines.

Because “contact us for a quote” usually means the number depends on how much the buyer looks like they can pay. Publishing removes that, lets you size a business case before you speak to anyone, and means the conversation starts at scope rather than at price discovery.
The build packages and add-ons are fixed prices for the stated inclusions. Consumption is a genuine pass-through plus a stated 15%. The outcome-billing rates are proposed and confirmed in Schedule A against your real volumes and exception rates — that is the one place a number can move, and it moves before you sign, not after.
If the overrun is ours, it is ours — the price does not change. If it is caused by access, data or decisions we are waiting on, we flag it in writing the week it happens and the timeline moves rather than the fee.
The Pilot package includes Essential free for thirty days. Beyond that, longer committed terms improve the run rate and we will discuss it openly. What we will not do is quote low, sign, and recover the gap through exclusions.
